BREATHE™ is not your typical spacer mesh. This has a solid knit face, front and back. You will not find any holes on either side like you would with most meshes. The center is made from monofilament yarns standing between the two cloth faces.
You get the compression, resilience, and elasticity of NEOPRENE®, but with the added benefit of breathability. It has excellent air flow, allowing both air and moisture to pass through.
